Tyler Motes has been photographing events since 2000. While working at the Sumter Sun newspaper, Tyler studied under the editor and event photographer Rose Davis, in his hometown of Webster, FL. During that time, he also attended the local state college for photojournalism and acting. Before Tyler transitioned from FTM, he released a best selling LGBTQ novel, After the Dawn in 2012. He continues to write as he comes back to his first love, photography.
